With ofsted looking at and filtering all of our education establishments, families are able to look at the reports and view which education establishments are achieving the best results.
One of the arguments for and against this practice are plentiful with one side saying ?it is tieing the education establishments up with beurocratic red tape? the other stating ?the levels of education establishments is increasing because of them, and letting the families to make an informed decision?.
It doesn?t matter what your angle is, families are finding themselves in the position that they can find out which schools are providing the best education in their area. Whether your child has special needs, requiring for example help with dyslexia or attention deficit disorder the Ofsted reports allow you to view which schools locally might provide best for your child.
Having read the ofsted reports you might discover that the schools in your catchment area are not for you. As an alternative you might look at sending your child to a boarding school where your child could have smaller class sizes and a higher grade of education, many boarding schools offering scholarships or bursaries.
