Okay, so you are thinking how do I sell my house, you have the vision in your head of the ideal home you are after but how do I sell my house and avoid all of those expensive fees|When you are thinking about the ideal home or perfect house. I always get into the position where I think okay so how can I sell my house. Don?t get me wrong I know I?m in a privileged position to already own my house but the prices incurred to sell my house through an estate agent is massive.
Luckily I was surfing the internet looking for houses to buy online and came across a cool site that let me to post up images and text about my home with dimensions. There was advice on home staging (simply means making your house look lovely for viewers when they step through the door, and get them into a purchasing frenzy) and all of the other things you might possibly want to sell your home online.
What I did think was brilliant was that you can even get your own for sale banner outside your house with a phone number on it that puts your call through to any telephone number you want it to. We used them and they were amazingly helpful, talking us through any questions that we might have and helping direct us in the right track for other aspects of the sale.
